Warehouse Operative

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick stock and customer orders within a chilled warehouse environment
• Hit clear KPI targets in a fast-moving, high-performance setting
• Build pallets safely and efficiently through accurate case picking
• Operate PPT ride-ons to move palletised goods safely around the facility
• Assemble customer orders accurately against specific order profiles
• Champion high standards of health and safety at all times
• Maintain a clean, organised, and smooth-running warehouse

Requirements

• Recent warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred
• Ability and comfort working in a chilled environment (approximately 3 degrees)
• Strong numerical accuracy and verbal communication skills
• Reliable, hardworking, and committed to high performance
• Experience operating PPT ride-ons is desirable
