Warehouse Operative and Customer Support

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and emails to identify and evaluate customer needs
• Manage general operations in the POS and purchase stock
• Provide customers with regular updates and engage with them to ensure satisfaction
• Perform warehouse tasks including picking, packing, and receiving goods
• Conduct cycle counts and manage shipping and processing of goods in
• Drive a company van as required

Requirements

• Full UK driving license
• Experience in warehouse or customer service roles
• Ability to thrive under pressure
• IT skills are advantageous
• Forklift license is a plus (can be obtained on-the-job)
