About the role
Responsibilities
- Train and certify new employees in forklift equipment in classroom and on-site
- Provide on-the-job training for systems including Order Picking, Receiving, Put Away, and Shipping
- Develop and update process documentation related to Warehouse Operations
- Audit operational process performance and conduct safety audits
- Prepare, analyze, and distribute weekly and monthly productivity and KPI reports
- Promote a Safety First culture and maximize warehouse productivity and quality
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations and process management
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish
