Warehouse Operations Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and leadership to fulfillment, inbound, and outbound warehouse teams of up to 15 direct reports
• Lead daily floor operations to ensure seamless order flow and manage device-specific movements
• Train, onboard, and mentor warehouse staff to meet performance, safety, and quality standards
• Act as the floor expert for handheld Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and scanning systems
• Monitor team performance and support the Operations Manager in eliminating bottlenecks
• Ensure strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and German safety compliance guidelines

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience in a warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment environment
• Previous experience in a supervisory, team lead, or staff training role
• Expert-level practical knowledge of handheld WMS and barcode scanning systems
• Deep understanding of high-velocity inbound, picking, packing, and outbound processes
• Fluent in German (B2 minimum) and English
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce or consumer electronics settings
• Forklift driving license (Flurförderzeugschein)
• Proficiency in additional languages
