Warehouse Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support the processing center team by facilitating daily operations, providing direction, training, and support
• Assist the warehouse manager in overseeing the receiving, sorting, and shipping of orders
• Coordinate the dispatch of shipments to delivery partners to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Promote a positive team environment and foster a culture of collaboration
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational or technical problems to prevent service disruptions
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and company policies
• Act as a backup lead during manager absences

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Fluency in Spanish is required
• 2-3 years of experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or fulfillment environment preferred
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and dispatch software
• Experience in a supervisory or team lead role is a plus
• Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management abilities
• Ability to work on-site at the EWR location
