Warehouse Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the physical, back-office operations including receiving, storing, packaging, and shipping hardware
• Manage end-to-end inventory tracking, forecasting, and replenishment
• Run day-to-day shipping and receiving and coordinate with transportation and carrier partners
• Manage domestic and international shipments
• Select and implement warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP, and inventory tracking tools
• Build scalable processes and standards from scratch to support company growth
• Partner closely with sales and product teams to align operations with demand
• Manage and grow the existing warehouse team

Requirements

• Several years of hands-on warehouse, inventory, or physical-operations experience
• Direct experience with WMS, ERPs, and inventory tracking tools
• Strong command of shipping, receiving, packaging, and international logistics
• Experience managing high-value inventory at scale
• Experience scaling a small warehouse or physical-operations team (e.g., 10 to 25 people)
• Founding-operator mindset with the ability to build systems from scratch
• Ability to work hands-on and onsite in Sunnyvale
