Warehouse Operations Leader

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and develop an hourly workforce, including performance feedback and corrective actions
• Oversee receiving, inspection, storage, picking, kitting, and shipping operations
• Maintain accurate inventory through disciplined execution of transactions, cycle counts, and audits
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and safety protocols
• Identify and lead process improvements to increase throughput and labor efficiency
• Track and report KPIs such as inventory accuracy, productivity, and safety

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of experience in warehouse, materials, or supply chain operations
• 1+ year of experience leading or supervising hourly teams in an operational environment
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen initiatives
• Ability to operate material handling equipment including forklifts
• Strong understanding of inventory control and material flow
