Warehouse Operations Lead

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, put away, picking, and loading
• Direct work assignments to employees to meet service and cost objectives
• Provide hands-on support in material handling and forklift operations
• Drive compliance with safety, quality, and productivity goals
• Train new and current employees on operational SOPs and work instructions
• Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment, including inventory rotation and staging orders
• Communicate problems, concerns, and process improvement ideas to management

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required
• Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with Material Handling Equipment (MHE) or a strong desire to learn
• Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills
• Ability to input data accurately for daily inventory reporting
