Warehouse Operations Lead

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, put away, picking, and loading.
• Direct work assignments to employees to meet shift goals and service objectives.
• Provide hands-on support in material handling and forklift operations.
• Drive compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Train new and current employees on operational SOPs and work instructions.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and secure warehouse environment.
• Communicate problems, concerns, and process improvement ideas to management.
• Ensure accurate recordkeeping, inventory rotation, and data entry for daily reports.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Proven experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Material Handling Equipment (MHE) or a strong desire to learn.
• Strong organizational, time management, and planning skills.
• Ability to handle changing priorities and maintain accuracy in a stressful environment.
