Warehouse Operations Lead

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, put away, picking, and loading
• Direct work assignments to employees to meet shift goals and service objectives
• Provide hands-on support in material handling and forklift operations
• Drive compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards
• Train new and current employees on operational SOPs and work instructions
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and secure warehouse environment
• Communicate problems, concerns, and process improvement ideas to management
• Ensure efficient and safe operation of all material handling equipment

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with Material Handling Equipment (MHE) or a strong desire to learn
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Ability to handle changing priorities and maintain accuracy in recordkeeping
