Warehouse Operations Lead

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming shipments, reject damaged items, and record shortages
• Examine outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and specification compliance
• Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies
• Assign and perform daily cycle counts to guarantee inventory accuracy
• Supervise warehouse staff and monitor performance on daily tasks
• Maintain office functions including filing, billing, and matching receiving paperwork
• Support the team with tasks such as assembling hoses to meet customer needs

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in shipping and receiving
• 1-3 years of experience in general warehouse operations
• Knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Excel, and Word
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Knowledge of safe warehouse practices and systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, General Management, or a related field
