Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations in Picking & Packing, Inbound, or Inventory Management
• Handle inbound and outbound processes including unloading trucks, unpacking, and preparing customer orders
• Perform ergonomic load management of consumer electronics (up to 30 kg)
• Conduct regular inventory checks, organize warehouse areas, and verify serial numbers
• Use mobile Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and barcode scanners for digital data entry
• Ensure quality and safety by identifying product damage and following SOPs

Requirements

• Practical experience in warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment (E-commerce or electronics preferred)
• IT affinity with digital warehouse tools and handheld scanners
• High attention to detail for serial number matching and stock tracking
• Physical stamina for standing, walking, and lifting
• Good communication skills in English
• German language skills (B2+) are a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in technical grading or handling B-stock/returns
• Valid forklift license (Flurförderzeugschein)
