Warehouse Officer

Responsibilities

• Assist with the loading and unloading of vehicles, offshore containers, freight, and specialist equipment
• Maintain stock control and ensure all stock is correctly stored to meet customer needs
• Coordinate trucks, cranes, and other vehicles through the facility
• Monitor and document containers moving on and off marine vessels
• Perform loading and restraining of materials in accordance with load restraint standards
• Conduct inspections and maintenance of containers, slings, and lifting equipment
• Complete transport and logistics paperwork, including manifests and con notes
• Perform daily pre-start checks and inspections on all plant and equipment
• Comply with all HSE policies, procedures, and chain of responsibility requirements
• Maintain yard housekeeping and clean equipment as required

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant supply base experience
• Valid High Risk Forklift ticket
• Proven experience handling tubular equipment with a 16t forklift
• Current MSIC clearance (or ability to obtain one)
• Strong knowledge of current load restraint standards and requirements
• Ability to work autonomously and adapt to a demanding environment
• Local applicants only; FIFO applicants will not be considered
