Warehouse Officer

Responsibilities

• Assist with the loading and unloading of vehicles, offshore containers, freight, and specialist equipment
• Maintain stock control of all received and dispatched containers and ensure correct storage
• Coordinate trucks, cranes, and other vehicles through the facility
• Perform load restraint in accordance with the load restraint guide
• Monitor and document containers moving on and off marine vessels
• Conduct inspections and maintenance of containers, slings, and lifting equipment
• Complete transport and logistics paperwork, including manifests and con notes
• Perform daily pre-start checks and inspections on all plant and equipment
• Maintain yard housekeeping and comply with all HSE policies and procedures

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant supply base experience
• Valid High Risk Forklift ticket
• Proven experience handling tubular equipment with a 16t forklift
• Current MSIC clearance (or ability to obtain one)
• Strong knowledge of current Load Restraint standards
• Ability to work autonomously and adapt to a demanding environment
• Local to Dampier (this is a local position; FIFO applicants will not be considered)
