Warehouse Officer

Responsibilities

• Assist in the receipting, storage, protection, and distribution of company assets
• Maintain warehouse facilities to ensure a safe, neat, and clean environment
• Operate forklifts and other required equipment safely
• Ensure correct parts and quantities are retrieved and packed securely
• Monitor procurement, shipping, and delivery of materials
• Oversee inventory and stock control
• Communicate lead-times and material availability updates to the project team
• Support customer needs to ensure timely provision of goods

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License (preferably Manual Light Vehicle)
• Certificate III in Warehousing & Logistics or similar experience
• Current forklift LF high risk licence (essential)
• Experience in a warehouse or procurement environment
• Ability to interpret maintenance parts and mine site consumables

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience in mining or heavy industrial environments
• Experience with SAP for warehouse functions
• EWP certification
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
