Warehouse Materials Handler

Responsibilities

• Assist machine operators by ensuring the smooth flow of material and work to meet production targets
• Set up orders based on established specifications and stage boxes for production assembly
• Move material in and out of stocking locations using scanners and equipment
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and SAP consolidation
• Operate industrial equipment including order pickers, electric pallet jacks, and reach trucks safely
• Perform pallet wrapping, dock audits, and required manufacturing paperwork
• Maintain a clean work area and ensure compliance with all company safety policies

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for long periods (up to 95% of the day)
• Basic computer skills and ability to perform math at an 8th-grade level
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to assess visual differences in product color, size, and pattern
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and noise levels

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing experience, especially in regulated industries like healthcare or food/beverage
• Experience operating a forklift
• Familiarity with SAP software
• Previous inventory management experience
• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish)
