Warehouse Material Transfer Specialist

Responsibilities

• Perform internal transportation of materials and products between warehouse and facility locations
• Ensure accurate handoff and obtain proper delivery confirmation/signatures
• Load and unload goods safely to prevent damage
• Support warehouse operations including picking, packing, sorting, and staging shipments
• Verify items against documentation before transfer
• Maintain transfer records and update systems
• Follow all safety, transportation, and compliance guidelines

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven safe driving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Ability to lift and move up to 45 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or delivery roles
• Bilingual (Chinese/English)
• Basic familiarity with warehouse processes
