Warehouse/Material Handler

Responsibilities

• Ensure production teams have all necessary supplies to perform their duties
• Manage mail logistics, including shrink wrapping skids and loading trucks
• Generate accurate packing slips and summaries for USPS and Pitney Bowes Presort
• Maintain inventory levels and assist with ordering necessary materials
• Operate motorized equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and reach trucks following OSHA standards
• Unload trucks, stock the warehouse, and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Follow all standard operating procedures, HIPAA, and safety guidelines

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent GED
• Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more and push large paper rolls
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform frequent bending and stooping
• Ability to operate motorized warehouse equipment safely
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain 100% paperwork accuracy
• Reliable transportation and ability to maintain good attendance
• Willingness to work overtime as needed, especially during peak seasons

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a shipping or warehouse environment
