Warehouse Material Handler

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials and products from trucks
• Rotate inventory and maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
• Transport materials and products from storage or work sites to designated areas
• Box and palletize products according to instructions, ensuring accurate counts and identification
• Maintain compliance with all company policies, including GMP, SOP, HACCP, and safety procedures
• Keep work areas neat, clean, and organized at all times
• Utilize warehouse racking and space to maximum efficiency

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 40-lbs unassisted frequently throughout the shift
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment involving noise and changing temperatures
• Knowledge of production and plant processes
• Basic analytical and numerical skills for mathematical calculations
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to work scheduled hours and required overtime as needed
• Commitment to food safety, quality, and safety procedures
