Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping
• Ensure inventory accuracy through proper receiving procedures, system transactions, cycle counts, and physical inventory counts
• Manage all inbound and outbound shipments and coordinate with freight carriers
• Supervise, train, coach, and evaluate warehouse staff
• Enforce safety protocols, company policies, and operational discipline
• Maintain accurate data entry and documentation within company systems
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains
• Monitor and achieve assigned KPIs and performance targets

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or distribution
• Previous supervisory or management responsibility
• Strong understanding of inventory control systems and cycle counts
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP platforms
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to hold teams accountable
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting heavy items
• Flexibility to work varied schedules including evenings, weekends, or holidays
