About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee the in-store warehouse operations
- Prepare packing and shipping documents
- Pick and stage outbound shipments
- Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and damage-free
- Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area
- Assemble customer orders from stock and place on pallets or shelves
- Sort and place materials on racks, shelves, or bins
- Complete inventory paperwork including shipping and receiving confirmations
- Participate in the cycle counting program
- Load and unload customer vehicles
- Process incoming freight trucks
- Operate equipment such as forklifts
- Enter records into the computer system
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Ability to read and write in English
- Forklift certification or willingness to be certified
- Basic mathematical and computer skills
- Ability to manually move and lift 50lbs regularly and up to 100lbs
- Flexibility to work nights and weekends within a team rotation
