Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse operations at the store location
• Prepare packing and shipping documents
• Pick and stage outbound shipments
• Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and damage-free
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area
• Assemble customer orders from stock using work orders and requisitions
• Sort and place materials on racks, shelves, or bins
• Complete inventory paperwork including shipping and receiving confirmations
• Participate in cycle counting programs
• Load and unload customer vehicles and process incoming freight trucks
• Operate equipment such as forklifts to move inventory
• Enter records into the computer system

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Ability to read and write in English
• Forklift certification or willingness to be certified
• Basic mathematical and computer skills
• Ability to manually move and lift 50 to 100 lbs regularly
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends within a team rotation
