Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch
• Ensure proper handling and storage of furniture and mattress products
• Supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts
• Coordinate with production, sales, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Implement and maintain warehouse procedures and safety standards
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and optimal space utilization in the warehouse
• Prepare regular reports related to inventory, deliveries, and warehouse performance

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar role
• Experience in furniture and mattress industry is a strong advantage
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management
• Leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills (ERP or inventory systems is a plus)
