Responsibilities

• Own operational performance across outbound, returns, new merchandise, and support functions
• Manage Team Leads and Supervisors to develop them into stronger operators and future leaders
• Develop and improve warehouse systems, including product handling, storage, and workflow design
• Identify and eliminate bottlenecks to build repeatable, documented processes as the company scales

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse or fulfillment operations management
• Proven track record managing teams of 50–150 people
• Ability to work 100% on-site in South San Francisco

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Experience in a high-growth startup environment
• Proficiency with WMS or operations tooling
