Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse operations from receiving product through staging for deliveries
• Ensure products are received, tagged, stored, and prepared accurately
• Build inventory systems to improve organization and efficiency
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse environment
• Coach and lead the warehouse team on the floor through direct feedback and setting clear expectations
• Partner with Delivery, Install, Customer Care, and Retail teams to ensure operational success
• Protect company assets and maintain workplace safety standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of warehouse supervisory experience
• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment
• Strong commitment to safety and operational excellence

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's degree
• 5+ years of warehouse leadership experience
