Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with OSHA standards
• Optimize warehouse layout and processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Oversee order fulfillment for bulk wholesale orders ensuring accuracy and adherence to SLAs
• Manage, train, and develop a team of warehouse associates, leads, and supervisors
• Monitor and improve SQDC KPIs such as inventory accuracy, stock-outs, and productivity
• Utilize WMS/ERP systems to track inventory and fulfillment performance
• Identify and implement automation opportunities and lean initiatives

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 5 years of warehouse experience in manufacturing or fulfillment
• 2 years of management experience
• Strong knowledge of WMS and ERP (Netsuite) platforms
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Experience with Six Sigma and/or Lean Methodologies
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
