Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee material purchasing, material control, inventory control, shipping/receiving, and stores functions
• Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and material control systems
• Ensure materials are ordered and in stock to meet company requirements while maintaining acceptable inventory levels
• Develop material schedules and coordinate efficient material movement with purchasing, production, and engineering departments
• Review and plan requirements for purchasing materials and prepare material requirement plans using ERP systems
• Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure efficient departmental operations

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Administration or a related field
• 5 years of experience in a management position

Preferred Qualifications

• English fluency (90% or higher)
• Proven experience in people management
• Knowledge of SAP systems
