Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain the warehouse for easy access to materials and equipment
• Receive, check in, and stock inventory
• Track inventory levels and maintain accurate records using company software
• Enter purchase orders and update inventory in the computer system
• Coordinate parts and equipment needs with technicians and office staff
• Prepare materials and equipment for technicians each morning
• Run parts between locations and job sites as needed
• Pick up equipment, materials, and supplier orders
• Unload trucks and organize incoming inventory
• Monitor stock levels and communicate reorder needs
• Help maintain and stock company vehicles

Requirements

• Strong computer skills and comfort with inventory software
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Self-starter with ability to take ownership
• Reliable and consistent
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and materials regularly
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics, or HVAC
