About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, work order picking, inventory, and shipping
  • Ensure accurate and timely material flow to production lines to prevent downtime
  • Oversee inventory control for raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods
  • Develop, train, and schedule warehouse staff to drive accountability and high performance
  • Partner with production, procurement, and quality teams to align activities with production schedules
  • Maintain compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
  • Optimize warehouse layout, processes, and material handling for efficiency and space utilization
  • Conduct cycle counts and lead full physical inventories
  • Track and report key performance metrics such as inventory accuracy and order fulfillment to leadership

Requirements

  • Associate degree required
  • 7+ years of warehouse or inventory control experience
  • 5+ years of experience supervising or managing employees
  • Strong forklift operating experience
  • ERP system expertise (Sage, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (vlookup, pivot tables) and strong PowerPoint ability

  • Bachelor’s degree
