Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound warehouse operations across the manufacturing site and the off-site 3PL facility
• Improve warehouse efficiency through process improvements, workflow redesign, and space optimization
• Ensure timely and accurate supply of materials to production to prevent downtime
• Oversee SAP transaction accuracy, including goods movements and inventory adjustments
• Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy through cycle counting and reconciliation
• Manage and develop warehouse staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management
• Collaborate with EHS to implement workplace transport programs and safety protocols
• Oversee relationships and performance with 3PL providers
• Monitor KPIs related to efficiency, accuracy, safety, and throughput
• Develop and manage the departmental budget to ensure costs remain within targets

Requirements

• 5–7 years of progressive experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations
• At least 3 years in a leadership or management role
• Proven ability to optimize material flow and warehouse layout in space-constrained facilities
• Experience managing 3PL partner relationships and service-level oversight
• Hands-on experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
• Experience implementing continuous improvement initiatives like Kaizen
• Strong background in supporting 24/7 production environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or Operations Management
