Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and logistics execution.
• Establish and lead a strategic vision for warehouse operations focused on efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term strategies to optimize warehouse performance and inventory management.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of inventory through effective controls, cycle counts, and audit readiness.
• Develop and execute material management plans for refinery turnarounds and projects.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team through coaching, engagement, and talent development.
• Champion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all policies and regulatory requirements.
• Manage warehouse budgets, forecasts, and maintain financial discipline.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Five (5) or more years of warehousing, material management, or relevant business experience.
• Proven experience in team management and leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Experience with ERP systems, with a preference for SAP.
• Demonstrated experience managing teams in an operational or industrial environment.
• Familiarity with petrochemical industry materials such as pipe, valves, and fittings.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate strategy into execution.
