Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervise Warehouse Supervisors and Technicians, ensuring high standards of job performance, discipline, and safety.
• Provide coaching, performance management, and support for staffing and development of warehouse personnel.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including goods receipts, issues, picklists, cycle counting, stock put away, logistics, and quality control.
• Establish warehouse strategies and organizational goals, tracking KPIs and utilizing root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain Operations on material master updates, Materials Requirement Planning (MRP), and inventory management.
• Maintain effective communication and sustainable relationships with internal clients and external suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, industry regulations, and Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards.
• Coordinate with department managers to develop and maintain the warehouse budget.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Five (5) or more years of warehousing or business-relevant experience.
