Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities

• Realize business priorities, sales goals, and budget targets for the warehouse
• Develop sales potential in the local market and build effective customer relationships
• Manage the warehouse team, ensuring competence development and high engagement
• Promote and enforce the Active Seller attitude among employees
• Build the MAKRO brand image locally and cooperate with local institutions and organizations

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in trade, direct sales, or business unit management in FMCG/Retail
• At least 3 years of experience managing large teams
• Practical knowledge of sales strategy implementation, P&L management, and budgeting
• Experience in local market development and key account management
• Ability to manage warehouse operational processes and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
• Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and sales skills
• Higher education (preferably in management, economics, or marketing)
• Very good command of English (spoken and written)
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Active Category B driver's license

• Experience leading development or transformation projects in trade and operations
• Ability to combine business strategy with effective operational execution
• Openness to new technologies and tools supporting sales development
