Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate warehouse staff, including shift scheduling and performance oversight
• Ensure accurate and timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods
• Supervise licensing and regulatory processes related to the Food & Drug Administration
• Handle customs-related procedures including deposits, inbound/outbound logistics, and clearance
• Oversee product disposal and destruction in line with regulatory standards
• Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure consistency and accuracy
• Enforce safety and security protocols within the warehouse environment
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational alignment
• Continuously improve warehouse layout and processes for optimal efficiency
• Oversee maintenance and functionality of warehouse equipment and infrastructure
• Lead training and development initiatives for warehouse staff

Requirements

• Proven experience in warehouse management
• Experience in food or pharmaceuticals highly preferred
• Strong understanding of storage, health and safety, and regulatory requirements
• Solid leadership, team management, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
• Hands-on experience with warehouse management systems
• Valid driver's license and access to a car
