Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
• Ensure all materials are properly stored and labeled
• Execute supplier pickups and returns
• Manage material runs and waste disposal
• Perform regular cycle counts and ensure inventory accuracy
• Update inventory movements and adjustments in NetSuite
• Receive incoming shipments and verify against purchase orders
• Inspect items for damage or discrepancies
• Handle warranty-related RMAs and vendor returns
• Ensure real-time inventory data is reflected in the ERP system

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Warehouse Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain management
• Experience in HVAC, electrical, or industrial sectors preferred
• Ability to operate a forklift
• Proficiency with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
• Knowledge of OSHA Electrical and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) standards
• Strong leadership and communication skills
