Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily material and warehouse operations across multiple sites and shifts
• Promote a "safety first" culture by ensuring all work processes prevent injuries and accidents
• Ensure all storage and shipping operations comply with federal, state, and local regulations
• Manage talent selection, performance reviews, and development plans for the warehouse team
• Maintain ERP system accuracy and oversee warehouse management systems and vendor relations
• Lead continuous improvement efforts using Lean Manufacturing principles to optimize flow
• Oversee inventory integrity through cycle counts, annual physical inventories, and action plans
• Manage customs operations and ensure MRO purchasing follows internal procedures
• Coordinate the supply of raw materials to production in alignment with production plans

Requirements

• Completed University degree
• 5+ years of experience in a similar warehouse management role
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and transportation/customs portals
• Strong knowledge of continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing

Preferred Qualifications

• APICS certification
• Customs or tax-related certification
• Experience in the medical, food, or pharmaceutical industries
• Lean Manufacturing certification
