About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including the dispatching and receiving of orders
- Lead, coach, and roster staff to maintain an enthusiastic and motivated team
- Ensure effective, timely, and accurate distribution of goods, including the loading of trucks
- Perform detailed checks of delivery sheets to ensure accuracy
- Maintain a strong commitment to WH&S policies and procedures
- Liaise with customers to provide exceptional service
Requirements
- Proven experience in warehouse management
- Strong organizational and time management skills with a high attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work across retail trading hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Current Forklift, Drivers, and Pickers licences are preferred
