Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee the dispatching and receiving of orders to ensure accurate inventory movement
• Manage warehouse operations including staff coaching, rostering, and team motivation
• Ensure effective, timely, and accurate distribution of goods, including the loading of trucks
• Maintain a strong commitment to WH&S policies and procedures
• Liaise with customers to provide exceptional service and resolve inquiries
• Check delivery sheets and maintain high attention to detail regarding stock accuracy

Requirements

• Proven experience in warehouse management
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and manage a team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized with superior time management and prioritization abilities
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends, public holidays, and late-night trades
• Current Forklift, Driver, and Picker's licenses are preferred
