Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee the dispatching and receiving of orders to ensure accurate inventory movement
• Coach, roster, and motivate an enthusiastic warehouse team
• Manage the effective and timely distribution of goods, including the loading of trucks
• Ensure strict compliance with all WH&S policies and procedures
• Liaise with customers to provide exceptional service and resolve inquiries
• Maintain high levels of organization and attention to detail when checking delivery sheets

Requirements

• Proven experience in warehouse management
• Strong leadership skills with experience in staff coaching and rostering
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize workloads and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work across retail trading hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Current Forklift, Driver, and Picker's licenses are preferred
