Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the dispatching and receiving of orders to ensure accurate inventory flow
• Lead, coach, and motivate the warehouse team through effective rostering and staff development
• Oversee the timely and accurate distribution of goods, including the loading of trucks
• Maintain a strong commitment to WH&S policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
• Liaise with customers to provide exceptional service and resolve inquiries
• Check delivery sheets and maintain high attention to detail in all warehouse operations

Requirements

• Proven experience in warehouse management
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and manage staff
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized with superior time management and prioritization abilities
• Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends, public holidays, and late-night trades
• Current Forklift, Driver, and/or Picker's Licence is preferred
