About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the dispatching and receiving of orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery
- Lead, coach, and motivate an enthusiastic warehouse team
- Handle staff rostering and workload prioritization to meet deadlines
- Oversee the effective distribution of goods, including the loading of trucks
- Maintain a strong commitment to WH&S policies and procedures
- Liaise with customers to provide exceptional service and resolve inquiries
Requirements
- Proven experience in warehouse management
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work flexibly across retail trading hours, including weekends and public holidays
- High attention to detail and a results-driven mindset
- Current Forklift, Driver, and/or Picker's Licence is preferred
