Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including the effective and accurate distribution of goods.
• Oversee the dispatching and receiving of orders and ensure delivery sheets are checked correctly.
• Lead, coach, and motivate an enthusiastic warehouse team.
• Manage staff rostering and workload prioritization to meet deadlines.
• Maintain a strong commitment to WH&S policies and procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service when liaising with customers.

Requirements

• Proven experience in warehouse management.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in coaching and rostering staff.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with great time management and attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends, public holidays, and late-night trades.
• Current Forklift, Driver's, and Picker's licenses are preferred.
