About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee the dispatching and receiving of orders
- Liaise with customers to provide exceptional service
- Manage the effective, timely, and accurate distribution of goods
- Coordinate the loading of trucks
- Check delivery sheets for accuracy
- Ensure strict compliance with WH&S policies and procedures
- Prioritize workload to meet operational deadlines
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with strong time management abilities
- Proven experience in checking delivery sheets and goods distribution
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Forklift, Driver's, and Pickers licenses are preferred
