Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the dispatching and receiving of orders to ensure timely and accurate distribution
• Lead, coach, and motivate the warehouse team through effective rostering and staff development
• Oversee the loading of trucks and the accurate checking of delivery sheets
• Maintain a strong commitment to WH&S policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
• Liaise with customers to provide exceptional service and resolve inquiries
• Prioritize workloads to meet strict deadlines and operational requirements

Requirements

• Proven experience in warehouse management
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and manage staff
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized with great time management and attention to detail
• Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends, public holidays, and late-night trades
• Commitment to maintaining high safety standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Current Forklift Licence
• Current Driver's Licence
• Current Picker's Licence
