Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including the efficient dispatching and receiving of orders
• Lead, coach, and motivate an enthusiastic warehouse team
• Handle staff rostering and workload prioritization to meet deadlines
• Ensure accurate distribution of goods and oversee the loading of trucks
• Maintain a strong commitment to WH&S policies and procedures
• Provide exceptional customer service and liaise with customers regarding orders
• Check delivery sheets and maintain high attention to detail in inventory management

Requirements

• Proven experience in warehouse management
• Strong leadership skills with experience in coaching and rostering staff
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized with great time management and ability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to work flexibly across retail trading hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety

Preferred Qualifications

• Current Forklift Licence
• Current Driver's Licence
• Current Picker's Licence
