Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize all warehousing and material handling activities for onsite and off-site facilities
• Ensure safe and timely delivery of materials to production lines in support of the daily production plan
• Manage inbound and outbound activities for materials and finished goods to ensure compliance with requirements
• Oversee facility operations including safety, building maintenance, security, and sanitation
• Monitor compliance with GMP, OSHA, FM, DEA, and DOT regulations
• Manage inventory exceptions and ensure physical inventory aligns with perpetual book inventory through cycle counting
• Coordinate with Planning, Quality, Engineering, and Finance to resolve issues impeding material disposition
• Evaluate and implement SAP system enhancements to maximize inventory control and storage utilization

Requirements

• BS/BA Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
• 5-10 years of experience in distribution and warehousing
• 3-5 years of supervisory or management experience
• Proficiency in SAP and strong data analysis skills
• Demonstrated experience with ERP systems and implementing KPIs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in an FDA-regulated environment
• CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management) certification
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
