About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular safety inspections and walkthroughs within the warehouse
- Manage and control shrinkage (merma) and packaging processes
- Ensure all personnel are utilizing the correct personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Oversee and manage inventory accuracy and control
Requirements
- Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in warehouse management
- Experience working with KPI-based management systems
- Proficiency in SAP software
- Experience in personnel administration and team management
