Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements (DOT, OSHA, EPA)
• Implement and maintain robust inventory management systems for accuracy and traceability
• Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams for just-in-time manufacturing
• Lead, train, and develop a team of warehouse associates
• Optimize warehouse layout, workflows, and material handling equipment
• Support Free Trade Zone (FTZ) and import/export compliance activities
• Track and report KPIs related to inventory, safety, and productivity

Requirements

• 5+ years of warehouse or logistics management experience
• Experience in manufacturing or automotive industries preferred
• Strong knowledge of ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Understanding of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations Management
• Experience handling hazardous materials and dangerous goods certifications
