Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities

• Build, operate, and scale a new eFulfillment center from the ground up
• Lead and motivate a team of associates to deliver high standards of service
• Design and enforce process frameworks to optimize safety, quality, and productivity
• Collaborate with Senior PMs and analysts to set and exceed ambitious KPIs
• Oversee automation equipment inspections and general facility maintenance
• Take full ownership of day-to-day operations, including order processing, throughput, and site security

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading a warehouse, fulfillment center, or logistics site
• Proven track record of data-driven decision making and KPI management
• Strong experience in process optimization and operational excellence
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to align teams and stakeholders
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure in fast-paced environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field
• Hands-on experience with automation and conveyance systems
• Background in eCommerce or retail fulfillment environments
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
• Knowledge of dangerous goods regulations
