Warehouse Manager (Formwork and Scaffolding)

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and control all warehouse activities
• Lead and organize a team of 5 warehouse workers
• Manage the receipt and dispatch of formwork, scaffolding, containers, furniture, and other materials
• Monitor the accuracy of stock levels and inventory movements
• Oversee compliance with established warehouse processes
• Propose and implement improvements to warehouse management
• Ensure the maintenance and repair of warehouse spaces
• Coordinate with external suppliers, including inspection technicians, cleaning services, and carriers
• Handle material returns to suppliers (e.g., PERI, DOKA)

Requirements

• Proven experience in warehouse management (ideally within the construction sector)
• Experience in team leadership and management
• Technical and organizational mindset
• Proficiency in MS Office (experience with warehouse software is an advantage)
• Ability to work independently, reliably, and with a sense of responsibility
• Driving license category B (category C is preferred)
• Flexibility to handle operational tasks as they arise
